Nationaal Park Dwingelderveld

In Nationaal Park Dwingelderveld ligt het grootste aaneengesloten natte heidegebied van Nederland. Het is een indrukwekkende plek waar u de rust en stilte echt kunt voelen. Tijdens uw wandeling kunt u zomaar een herder met zijn schapen tegenkomen, want in het gebied grazen twee kuddes: de Ruiner Schaapskudde en de Dwingelder Schaapskudde. Beide hebben een eigen herder en schaapskooi. Zeker de moeite waard om even langs te gaan, want de herders vertellen graag over hun bijzondere werk.
